About HangAgain
HangAgain is operated by ComposedSecurity LLC. Participant support and privacy requests: support@hangagain.com. HangAgain helps adults discover events and connect with small groups of people who plan to attend them. Events may be organized by independent third parties or by HangAgain. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, HangAgain is not the event organizer. HangAgain does not sell tickets directly or provide on-site supervision. Event organizers are responsible for their own event operations, admission requirements, pricing and cancellations.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 and keep your account details accurate. Gender identification is not required. HangAgain does not infer gender for matching. Group participation requires a WhatsApp number you control. Keep your account details accurate and protect your verification codes. Phone verification confirms access to that number, not your real-world identity.
Events and commitments
Event organizers control admission, prices, accessibility, schedules and cancellations. Check the original event website before attending. For independent third-party events, the organizer is responsible for event operations. When HangAgain organizes or hosts an event, HangAgain has the corresponding organizer responsibilities. The absence of on-site supervision does not waive those responsibilities. Saving is a bookmark; committing records an intention to attend. Neither buys a ticket, guarantees admission, confirms attendance or guarantees group assignment. You are responsible for required registration or tickets. You can withdraw a commitment from Committed. Reconfirmation and group joining have event-specific cutoffs shown on the website.
Commitment, attendance and reliability
Saving is a bookmark. A commitment records your intention to attend a real event; it is not a ticket, admission, group assignment or verified attendance. Reconfirmation is a separate response that your intention has not changed. Joining a WhatsApp group does not prove attendance. The 15-person UAT is a product test with no physical attendance. Test commitments, responses, group membership and feedback must never create actual attendance records, no-show strikes or reliability penalties. A no-show means someone reconfirmed yes for a real event, did not cancel and did not attend, based on reasonably verified information. A late cancellation is not automatically a no-show. A cancellation, declined reconfirmation, nonresponse, failed message or unknown attendance is not proof of a no-show. During the initial public-launch period through December 31, 2026, verified no-shows are recorded without automatic penalties, strikes, fees, access restrictions or ranking reductions. The end of that period does not automatically enable penalties; any later policy requires separate review and notice. Reliability means following through on commitments to real events. UAT activity does not contribute to it. HangAgain does not currently display a public reliability score. Attendance that has not been explicitly recorded stays unrecorded.
Communication and notices
The website and WhatsApp are the standard participant communication channels. HangAgain does not send routine participant emails or email marketing. The website is the authoritative location for Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, FAQ, consent controls and legal notices. Where applicable law requires a particular notice method, that requirement takes precedence; this does not authorize routine email communication or email marketing.
WhatsApp participation
Group participation requires separate WhatsApp consent. When enabled and with your explicit permission, HangAgain may automatically add you to your event WhatsApp group after you reconfirm. If WhatsApp privacy settings prevent automatic addition, HangAgain pauses the operation for review. Any alternative invitation requires separate authorization. Authentication codes help you sign in. With separate consent, event messages relate to your commitments, including confirmations, reconfirmations, reminders and group invitations. MVP 0 does not send unrelated promotional or marketing messages. Group placement is confirmed only after assignment. Event groups support confirmed coordination and optional icebreakers, not automatic marketing or photo permissions. Other WhatsApp members may see your phone number and profile information. You can leave a chat in WhatsApp and withdraw your commitment on HangAgain. Cancelling a website commitment stops your event-specific reminders, but does not automatically remove you from an existing WhatsApp group. Participants manage their own WhatsApp membership. Leaving the chat and cancelling a website commitment are separate actions.
Group purpose and content permissions
Event WhatsApp groups are for confirmed participants to coordinate the event and, if they choose, try optional icebreakers or take optional group photos with permission from everyone involved. Joining a group does not grant marketing permission or permission to use, publish or promote anyone’s photos, messages or likeness. Ask separately before photographing, sharing or reusing someone’s content. Other group members may see your phone number and WhatsApp profile information.
Respect and safety
Follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, spam, unwanted advances or sharing another person’s personal information. You decide whether to attend and can leave at any time. HangAgain cannot guarantee participant behavior or safety and does not continuously monitor chats. Contact local emergency services in an emergency.
Availability and account restrictions
Features may be unavailable during the pilot. HangAgain may restrict misuse or unsafe behavior after reviewing a report. Event and group availability can change. Restrictions do not remove rights you have under applicable law.
Tickets and disputes
Payments and organizer tickets are handled outside HangAgain. Questions about admission, ticket changes or refunds should go to the organizer or ticket provider. This draft does not impose arbitration, a liability cap or a waiver of statutory rights.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified by a new policy version and handled through the website and any legally required notice method. New group participation may require renewed consent. Use the private reporting form for concerns. Use the website’s private request form for support and privacy requests. HangAgain is operated by ComposedSecurity LLC. Contact support@hangagain.com for participant support or privacy requests. This support address does not create routine participant email workflows. Applicable legal notice requirements, including any required postal address, remain subject to legal review. These review drafts are not approved or effective.
